Our main job at GOT PARTY is to place your order in your hands as fast and efficient as possible. All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. If your party is within 10 business days please let us know. Every attempt is made to pack and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours as promised but problems can and will occur in the course of doing business. Our normal method of shipping is by Fed Ex Ground and UPS Ground. Some orders are shipped by USPS partial post or 1st Class mail. Processing your order will take 1 to 2 days to complete and Delivery is within 5 business days from the time your order is shipped. Business days are Monday - Friday.

Express Shipping

For express shipping by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS please phone 323-912-0636 and arrange for express shipping. Please do not send request by email. Express Shipping fees must be paid in advance of shipping. We also accept Fed Ex and USP accounts.

Rush Shipping

Every attempt is made to pack and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours as promised but problems can and will occur in the course of doing business. If your order is needed by a certain date and it's within 7 days of you placing your order you may need rush or express shipping, please let us know that date. We will make every effort to meet your desired delivery date. Ground shipping is not accepted by Fed Ex or UPS on Saturdays or Sundays. Please call 323-912-0636.

Refunds and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final once your order has been shipped and received.

1. Damaged Products: Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Complaints of damaged products must be brought to the attention of GOT PARTY within (2) two days of receiving your order. No exceptions. Phone 323-912-0636 or email info@gotparty.com

2. Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Complaints of missing items must be reported within (2) two days of receiving your order. Any items missing will be replaced or a refund offered. Missing items are shipped free.

3. Descriptions and Photos: Please view photos and read descriptions of all products you order. If you have questions and do not fully understand what a product is, please contact us at 323-912-0636 or email us at info@gotparty.com.

4. Store Policy: "No refunds or exchanges for items ordered but not wanted once the item arrives. All Sales Are Final.

5. Refunds: In the event that Gotparty.com agrees to a refund for items bought but not wanted for whatever reason there is a 25% restocking fee and a $10.00 handling fee that will be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the items in an unopened package and in sellable condition or no refund is considered.
