Capital Records and Universal Studios are just a few of many famous Music Record Labels and Movie Studios in Hollywood. Warner Brothers Studios and Columbia Pictures are just minutes away from downtown Hollywood. The Hollywood City Walk next to Universal Studios is a must for visitors to Hollywood. Beautiful people from around the globe come here daily to walk along Hollywood Blvd and see their favorite movie star and entertainers Walk Of Fame Star. As you walk along Hollywood blvd and Highland Avenue you are greeted by a large shopping complex called the Hollywood and Highland. Inside this complex are many theaters, night clubs, restaurants, shopping boutiques and outdoor patio areas for just hanging out, Jewelry Stores, Souvenir Shops and lots more. Street entertainers in front of the complex will take pictures with you, tell jokes and try hard to insure that you have a good time. Many times the first person to reach out to you while you visit us are our many street entertainers. They dress up and impersonate famous movie stars and heroes like Iron Man, The Hawk, Spider Man, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and so many more. Hollywood street entertainers are also seen in front of the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, which is next to the Hollywood and Highland Complex.

Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street

Our next photo was taken in 2001 at Vine Avenue and Franklin in Hollywood. The street view is Vine Avenue looking south toward Sunset Blvd. Capital Records is the first tall building in this photo. Featured on top of Capital Records in 2001 was an advertising banner announcing the re-release of Pink Floyd’s Album ECXOES. Also above the large banner was a very large Pink Pig celebrating the albums release. Our US Flag was also flying over Capital Records in memory of those that were lost on Sept 11, 2001. Others featured in the photo in the far distance is a large image of a lion. The famous play the Lions King was playing at the Pantages Theater at Hollywood and Vine. The Lion Kings billboard overlook the Capital Records Building with the big pink pig atop. The skyline view was amazing as it made the lion appear as though it was tastefully observing the gotparty

Space Shuttle Endeavour Image of the Space Shuttle Endeavour as it went by our office in Hollywood. The noise over Got Party was very loud. The earth shook under us as it went over. This really was a historic day. We had seen the Stealth Boomer go by in the past but never a Space Shuttle. We would often hear them as they would reenter earth atmosphere and head out to March Air Force Base but never so close up and personal. Those that were lucky and aware that the shuttle would be passing by went out to wave and yell as it went by. Hollywood had a very special day. gotparty
